Uncertainty can breed creativity, as we all look for ways to adjust our home lives and livelihoods so we can fulfill our responsibilities without sacrificing safety.
As leading joint pain doctors in Moorestown and surrounding areas in New Jersey, we feel a deep sense of duty to our patients. That dedication inspired us to get creative with the way we provide care during the COVID-19 crisis.
We know patients are counting on us now, more than ever before, to diagnose, treat, and medically manage symptoms associated with life-altering conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, and other inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Our job is to improve patients’ quality of life, and in these stressful times, we take that job especially seriously.
Our six state-of-the-art facilities remain open for ultrasound study, injection therapy, or infusion services in South Jersey, and we are still happy to accommodate patients who prefer an in-person appointment. At the same time, we’re transitioning to an “eVisit” system for most of our appointments.
These convenient, secure video consultations offer personalized care in real time from the comfort of your home, via a computer or camera-equipped smartphone. They enable patients to receive the treatment they need and deserve while honoring “social distancing” recommendations to help to stop the spread of COVID-19.
You can learn more about eVisits and schedule an appointment on our website.
All of the steps we’re taking to protect our patients and the community are outlined in this infographic.
As you can see, we’re working hard to make our offices as safe and sterile as possible for our patients and staff members while honoring our responsibility to the community. For more details about our response to COVID-19, we invite you to read our Letter to Patients.
While we must alter our day-to-day operations and policies, what has not changed — and will not change — is our exceptional standard of care and painstaking attention to detail. Our office is here to answer any questions, address any concerns, or offer any guidance we can during these uncertain times. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the team at ARBDA if you need help or would like to schedule treatment today.
